• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

For exchanges, please request to return your order and let us know its for an exchange.

• After 30 days, Press Play cannot accept returns for any reasons other than manufacture defects for warranty exchange.

To return an item purchased via

1. Email us a request to return, along with your reason for return.

2. Once you receive a return confirmation number and shipping address you will need to:

       • pack and return the item in the original packaging.

       • include the original packaging slip or copy of your receipt.

3. Ship via carrier of your choice (sorry we don't pay for that). Keep a record of the carrier tracking number.
